The Headquarters of the Geological Society of America in Boulder, Colorado, has long stood as a symbol of beautiful design, integrated landscape with the architecture, and a clear statement of the commitment to the future from the members of GSA who supported its campaign some ten years ago. The expansion of the building achieved through the Second Century Capital Campaign and now, some ten years later, needs the attention only available through long-term quality maintenance.
This Special Gift Campaign for Headquarters will meet that need. The routine wear and tear on the original building built some 30 years ago has undeniable needs that are now turning into factors that affect the safety of employees, the cost efficiency of the energy usage, and the work-effectiveness of the staff and volunteer’s use of the facility. Your involvement in this campaign can help us begin the long term maintenance the building deserves. In addition to the specific items you find in this brochure, a Long Term Maintenance Endowment is the goal of the administration and board. Your help now can make that happen. | ||
