Charles Andrews
Charles Andrews is president of S.S. Papadopulos & Associates, Inc., a water-resource consulting firm based in Bethesda, Maryland. He has been active in the water-resource consulting field for over thirty years. He received his Bachelor's degree in geology from Carleton College and his Master's and Doctorate degrees in geology from the University of Wisconsin. His primary expertise is the quantitative evaluation of groundwater systems. He is an associate editor of the journal Ground Water, and is active in local water resource organizations. He lives with his wife and six children in Garrett Park, Maryland. | ||||
