Your name, address, and any other personal data you provide will be used only by the Geological Society of America Foundation to keep you informed of our activities, including programs, special events, and funding needs. If at any time you prefer not to receive these communications, you may contact the Foundation and we will gladly remove your name from our mailing list.
The Foundation publishes a list of the names of donors that is mailed as a separate insert with the GSA Today magazine once a year. We respect all donor requests to remain anonymous. Please contact Jack Hess, at firstname.lastname@example.org, regarding requests for anonymous status.

Donor information is maintained in a secure database; only authorized personnel have access to this information and only for appropriate business purposes.
The Foundation does not rent, sell, give away, or trade its donor lists or any information contained on those lists. Donor information is used by the Foundation for charitable purposes only as described above and will not be used by any entity outside of the Foundation. Authorized Release of Information
The Geological Society of America Foundation may be legally required to disclose information on occasion. The Foundation complies with all applicable legal requirements and standards.
